Gas trains means that these are the items and controls which shall be used by the customer to reduce the inlet pressure of gas from the source or the input point to their factory to the desired pressure at the point of the use in the furnace, boiler or oven etc. These components shall comprise of pressure reduction valves/ regulators and filters and other safeties.

These are made suited as per customer's tailor made requirements and site conditions. Gas inlet pressures are ranging from 500mbar upto 16 bar and with outlet pressure ranging from 10 mbar to 500 mbar or higher, flow rates upto 2000Nm3/hr available for LPG and CNG.

We can incorporate the following items in our standard gas trains : ball valves, gas filters, pressure regulator, pressure gauge and pushbutton cock, slam shut off valve, safety release valve, solenoid valves or multiblocs or DMVD's, minimum and max gas pressure switches, valve proving systems.
Other specific requirements for ATEX and zone 2 applications can be done by us on specific enquiries from customers.

Gas Meters MZ series from ITRON Germany : These are turbine wheel flow meters procured from Dungs, Germany. Gas flow rates range are from actual flow of 10 m3/hr to 1600 m3/hr.
These are available in sizes from 2" , 3", 4" and 6". These are available with low frequency reed contact, 9 digit mechanical roller counter and maximum allowable gas pressure upto 4 bar.
We would recommend to install the gas filters of appropriate size to be installed just ahead of this gas flow meter for protection of dirt and better life and operation. The ball valves controlling
The flow of gas to this meter should be opened or closed slowly and not with sudden jerk so as to have better operational life of the gas meter.

Gas flow rates range are from actual flow of 10 m3/hr to 1600 m3/hr. These are available in sizes from 1", 2", 3", 4" and 6". These are available with low frequency reed contact, 7 digit mechanical roller counter and maximum allowable gas pressure upto 4 bar.
These meters are available with the option for Electronic readout, to give the instantaneous flow reading in m3/hr.
